Welcome back to another strain review. This week I’m reviewing PleaZure from UpNorth Humboldt. This is my first time reviewing this company but definitely not my first time trying their flower. The first strain that got me to like UpNorth was the Maui Wowie and it was fantastic, so I was excited to try a new strain PleaZure!
What caught my eye about PleaZure was the cross strains. It’s a mix of Dweebs and ZHit, two strains I have never heard of. After doing a little digging I found out that Dweebs is a fun cross of Runtz x Its Fire and its Fire is a cross of ITZ x Fire as Fuck which is Gelato 45 x Jet Fuel Gelato. Then you have ZHit which is Zkilttles x unknown. So basically this strain is a Runtz x Gelato x Zkittles feeling so should lean a sweet hybrid indica dominant strain.
Besides the fun crosses, the next thing that caught my eye ws the beautiful colors. A nice key lime green colored leaves, bright red pistols or long hairs. There are also speckles of purple leaves but more of hints to the bud instead of over powering it. When I opened the jar, it didn’t have a strong smell. It was a soft nose that was more of a light woody/ earthy scent. Almost like an oat or light maple smell.

Flavor: The grind and pre-pull of a joint smell and taste similar to flower in the jar, but far more bright. You can taste the terpene profile halfway through. Mouth coating, and rich. Smooth and not bitter.
Effects: A very pleasing high. I felt it between the eyes, and it gave me energy after the second hit. It’s a creative, and also found my mind wandering some.Dweebs x Zhit7.8
PleaZure gave me a nice happy yet relaxing high. I found it to have a nice resting calmness that would be perfect for overthinkers and people with anxiety. I find this strain is perfect after work or on a sunday morning. PleaZure is a great strain to read a book on the beach, go for a walk to clear your head, and just a way to reflect. If you have been stressed out then maybe a little PleaZure is all you need. I give it 4.0 flames out of 5. I really enjoyed the flower but wasn’t enough of a swing to get in my top 5. I highly recommend checking out the many different strains from UpNorth and you will not be disappointed!
