San Diego Cannabis Times Contrates Ranking Category Image

Overall the Concentrates category in San Diego County saw an increase in products offered by 14.69%. The strongest dispensaries for concentrates selection by region are shown in the first table below, followed by the complete list of dispensary concentrates totals.

We’ve again updated those reports as a means of tracking growth or reduction in 6 categories, Flower, Edibles, Vape Products, Concentrates, Beverages, and now, Pre Rolls.

Many factors go into choosing a cannabis dispensary. And there are many good reasons to visit a small dispensary: Budtenders are more likely to know their product really well for one.

Location and value also come into play. But at some point, selection plays a role in deciding which dispensary to visit. And since it’s an objective means of comparison, we decided to have a go at ranking San Diego County dispensaries on this factor alone.

Research notes:

  • Data primarily sourced by Weedmaps and cross referenced to dispensary websites. Data collected February 15-20, 2024.
  • Vista’s Speedy Weedy is no longer in operation.
  • MedMen locations are on the brink of closure and its shelves are nearly empty.
  • The Cake House has opened in Encinitas.
  • URBN Leaf Grossmont is now Hikei.
