The Cake House continues to dominate store-over-store retail offerings as of August 4. Their Vista and Encinitas locations rank #1 and #2  in our update on the largest dispensary stock levels in San Diego county.

Retail Update: Element 7 in Chula Vista closed in early August, while Buzz Cannabis opened its doors in National City.
