Welcome back to another strain review. This week I got to try out the Pink Cookies Moon Rocks joints from Presidential. Now for anyone who doesn’t know, moon rocks are when you take a nug, dip it in wax, and then roll it in kief. So they are doing the same kind of concept adding wax and kief to the joints. So let’s get into the review.
So one thing I noticed about the joint when I pulled it out was that it had no dube tube, just the little plastic cover going around it. This made the joint just a tiny bit deformed. I would suggest a dube tube. This helps protect the joint better and also allows you to save the joint for later if you can’t finish. I didn’t have this problem but someone might. Let’s get into how it smoked!
Now first off I love that they didn’t add any extra flavoring. I prefer the flower to taste more like weed than candy. Now I think the flower they used could have been grown to have a little more of a flavor profile. I think they add wax and kief to cover up the weed. What I did like is that it burned evenly. It didn’t canoe or have trouble pulling. It burned perfectly and I didnt have to fix a lot, which is usually needed with infused joints/blunts. I also like that they put everything on the inside. This allows you to get your full money’s worth with no kief falling off in the jar. It also helps with the even burning.

The high was great but a little different than the labeling. On the top it said the strongest indica. I think it had a strong punch and was good. However it’s definitely not a heavy indica or at least for me. It was a good hybrid. It relaxed my body, however lifted my mind. I would use this on a nice holiday or day off. Maybe go hang out at the beach or get a nice brunch with friends. It definitely gives me a nice relaxing feeling, just not super heavy.
Overall I think the Pink Cookies was a nice Joint. I think they could improve with a little more care on the flower they use and adding a doob tube. I enjoyed the high and loved it was an even burn. I give this joint a 3.7 flames out of 5. I think it was very solid but could use a little improvement. Also maybe using a live resin instead of a distillate would push it into the 4 flames level.
