Delivery Dispatcher – P/T

To excel in this position, all candidates should have a clean driving record, be able to multi-task, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate superb organizational skills.

• Answer calls from customers and drivers.
• Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or drivers.
• Respond to queries related to products, deliveries, and services.
• Use our fleet management software to direct drivers to the appropriate sites.
• Creation and management of driving routes to prioritize delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update call logs, call records, and other important information.
• Make deliveriers, from time to time, based on business need.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Clean driving record and ability to do deliveries preferred
• Cash handling experience.
• Worked in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous work in the Cannabis industry or well versed in Cannabis products is a plus.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong knowledge of cannabis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS office with proven experience in data entry.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend availability required.
• Must be able to multi-task.
