Brand Ambassadors Cosmic Fog Cannabis Co. and Kinda High

B&R Labs, owners of Cosmic Fog Cannabis Co. and Kinda High, is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, and personable Part-Time Brand Ambassadors to be the face of our successful cannabis brands in either of the following areas: San Diego & Imperial County

The Brand Ambassador position represents our brands in a positive and professional manner at retail locations demos, events, and within the Cannabis industry. If you are outgoing, attentive, and comfortable with starting conversations with anyone, this is the perfect job for you.

This is a Part-Time, Independent Contractor role that does require you to report to various locations throughout the work week.

B&R Labs, the creator of Kinda High and Cosmic Fog Cannabis Co., is a fully integrated cannabis manufacturer and one of the largest manufacturers of cannabis extract in the state of California. Our type 6 extraction facility provides high quality raw materials and products to the recreational and medical cannabis industry.

When creating our brands Kinda High and Cosmic Fog Cannabis Co., we wanted to ensure that we touched every aspect of our products from thoroughly vetting single-source cannabis to final extraction and packaging. To do so, it was essential that we build a large-scale manufacturing, extraction, and distillation facility.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform PADs at dispensaries

· Setup at special event marketing activations

· Train Dispensary staff on the Kinda High and Cosmic Fog Cannabis Co. brands

· Must acquire a strong familiarity with the company’s products, mission and values in order to communicate them to customers

· Stay on top of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products (actual product usage is not required)

· Collaborate with the Territory Supervisor to execute selling program to increase revenue within a geographic area

· Maintain expert-level knowledge of products and articulate that to new and loyal consumers

· Execute promotions through tracking activities, sales, and communication during demos

· Collect data information for a consumer database

· Build brand awareness, interact with a wide variety of cannabis customers/clients and articulate the value proposition of the company

· Remain up to date with industry’s best practices

· Transporting all promotional material to and from the dispensary where the pop-up event is, as well as setting up the table for the event

Day-to-Day:

· Respond to requests from Sales for marketing services

· Contact dispensary clients to confirm and pitch marketing services

· Execute regional PADs

· Put together swag packs for dispensary

· Interact with customers

· Offer brand promos in store to help move product through the sales cycle

· Collect and engage with customer to contact information to build customer database

· Interact with Dispensary Staff

Requirements:

· Cannabis product knowledge and industry experience

· Exceptional people skills

· Strong communicator who is outgoing and high-energy

· Team player with excellent communication skills, but who can also work autonomously

· Must be punctual and highly detail oriented

· Must be able to learn, retain and convey information about the company products

· Great networking and relationship-building skills

· Should be familiar with popular social media platforms Instagram, Snapchat, etc. and Weedmaps.

· Strong knowledge of cannabis compliance and regulations in California preferred

· Associate degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required

· 2 years Brand Ambassador, Bud tending, or Event Staff experience a plus

· Prior experience and success with sales and street marketing are a plus

· Must be aged 21 or older

· Weekend and Evening Availability required

Physical Requirements:

· May need to lift/carry up to 50lbs

· Free to work evenings or weekends

· Ability to stand for 2-4 hour shifts

· Reliable transportation

License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required)
