County Supervisor Announces Expungement Clinic
San Diego County Supervisor Monica Montgomery Steppe announced last week an expungement clinic slated for July 26. Expungement clinics typically allow registered attendees access legal counsel in effort to clear certain crimes from one’s record. Many of these crimes are drug related, and pose high hurdles for such individuals wishing to enter the legal cannabis marketplace.
The announcement makes clear all collected information is confidential and used only to connect participants with trusted legal support. Please note that filling out the form does not guarantee eligibility.
