Wellgreens Assumes Harvest House of Cannabis Location in Chula Vista
Harvest House of Cannabis/Trulieve came on the south bay scene barely 8 months ago, but has already pulled stakes. It’s space is now leased by Wellgreens, and is the 4th location to bear the Wellgreens flag in the county, with locations already running in Vista, La Mesa and Lemon Grove. Wellgreens management also runs Jungle Boys in La Mesa.
Harvest House of Cannabis was acquired by Florida-based Trulieve in 2021 and only opened its Chula Vista a few months ago, just after Element 7 opened in the same strip mall parking lot. Chula Vista was one of 2 forays into California, the other location was in Venice.
