Driving around San Diego Saturday, streets were quieter than usual due to Hurricane Hilary. However, the lobbies of area dispensaries were more crowded than usual.
Lines to enter THC SD in Mission Valley were visibly long, and the March and Ash lobby was full at 1:30.
Kayla Rambo, General Manager of Jaxx Cannabis observed: “There’s been an increase in traffic into the store and many customers mentioned stocking up for the storm”
At Cannabist in Pacific Beach, Budtender Shaggy Bullock said “We had a rush this morning. I see people buying more than their usual.”
As of Sunday at 12:30 PM the brunt of the storm had yet to arrive in San Diego.
