By The Numbers: 

Edibles SKU’s make up 19.52% of all cannabis products in the 1st 4 months of 2025. (For reference, the edibles category represented 17.97% of all SKU’s in February 2024.)

On a store by store basis, this represents a 5.50% increase since January.

Including the 4 shops opening during this period, the increase of available flower SKU’s increased by 12.90%.

Research notes:

The 1st quarter of 2025 saw 4 new shops open, with Sessions by the Bay and Off The Charts in National City opening and new Buzz Cannabis locations in Sorrento Valley and Lemon Grove.

Additionally, Outco and SoCal Cannabis Depot have rebranded as MJ Direct.
