On Sunday January 14 Farmers Cup presented its Harvest Cup Awards ceremony. Held on Commercial Street near 28th, over 1800 attendees experienced cannabis vendor displays booths, live bands and the crowning of the winners in both Licensed and Home Grown divisions.
Participation wasn’t limited to San Diego-based vendors – growers from throughout California were showcasing the fruit from their grows as San Diego dispensary owners traipsed the grounds.
Organizer Joshua Caruso shared “It was the smoothest run event we’ve presented so far, with the most diverse set of attendees to date. A variety of industry leaders were there, so we had participation from not just consumers and connoisseurs, but cultivators, retailers and even the cannabis testing field. It was really a thing to see the corners of the cannabis community come together.”
