San Diego (Calif.) – Saturday saw the 2023 edItion of San Diego’s own Farmers Cup Awards Ceremony Sesh, held at the Sheraton 4 Points Hotel in Kearny Mesa.
The part-festival and part-cannabis competition saw 1000’s of attendees take in live music, a cannabis faire featuring dozens of local businesses, and of course the announcements of winners in 13 categories.
Reflecting on the event, organizer Joshua Caruso said “Despite having the worst weather San Diego has seen in 10 years, thousands of stoners traveled from far and wide to attend Farmers Cup Awards Ceremony Sesh. We are so grateful for the support of our peers, partners, sponsors, judges, exhibitors, competitors, attendees, hotel staff, and all those involved.”
With the help of Presenting Sponsor Jaxx Cannabis, Caruso and his team ran a smooth day in the face of tumultuous weather and a jam packed schedule.
Jaxx Cannabis’ JM Balbuena was similarly impressed. “The goal for us at Jaxx and for the Farmers Cup team was to put on the best show for our San Diego cannabis community. It was amazing to see it all come together as people experienced the amount of effort we put in to make this something very special.
