Buzz Cannabis’ Kevin Hana announced the opening of its second location, at 7584 University Ave in La Mesa. Planning for the site began in 2020 and opened April 15.
The 3,000 sq ft showroom will feature a similar menu strategy as its Mission Valley location, and offer streamlined yet secure transacting.
Hana said “We love La Mesa. The city has always been proactive in keeping their community evolving, especially now with its commitment to housing.” Along with the uptick in housing, Hana was also keen the quality of retailers growing along University Ave. “We’re situated directly across from Birkenstock of San Diego.”
University Ave in La Mesa has become a go-to road for cannabis retailers. Buzz will be the third retailer on the 2 mile stretch of University Ave, joining LIT and EMJAY by Wellgreens.
