The Cake House Acquires 12 Cannabis 21+ Locations

On Thursday, The Cake House acquired 12 Cannabis 21+ licenses according to President Saad Pattah.

The 12 locations are Sorrento Valley, Mission Valley, Lemon Grove, Rancho Bernardo, Perris, Hemet, Palm Desert, Riverside, Ukiah, Costa Mesa and 2 in San Francisco. The transactions, totaled approximately $25m according to Pattah.

The first location to be redesigned will be Mission Valley. When asked why Mission Valley is the first, Pattah said “Mission Valley is in a prime location, and we’re redesigning it into something along the lines of a Super Store, with good pricing for the people.”

He went on to say Cake House will go on to open the remaining 11 at a pace of 1 per week.

The Cake House has operations in California and Michigan, and the newly acquired 13 stores will bring the total in California to 23. (Michigan has 5 locations.)
