Santee Dispensary Picture Comes Into Focus

The Santee cannabis picture is coming into focus. The city’s September – October 24 application period resulted in 1400 applications.

By January 30, 16 applicants were notified they were able to progress to Phase II. Ultimately, Santee will award as many as 4 retail licenses.

After a public records request, coordinating locations to applicants was made possible, resulting in the following glimpse of where the 4 ultimate awardees will geographically land. All but the potential Off The Charts location appear to have existing buildings, many with existing tenants. The following is simply a look at who’s applying for which address:
