MedMen Torrey Pines licence acquired by Santa Monica-based OnePlant
The deal is part of a agreement to acquire 3 MedMen licenses, including the last remaining San Diego MedMen in Torrey Pines. The store has resumed normal business hours after being shuttered, and affected employees are being rehired.
Ryan Bishara, Vice President of Operations for One Plant said “There’s no current timeline for changing design or even the name.”
The other MedMen locations are in Los Angeles, with one near LAX and the other in West Hollywood. Previously, the southernmost OnePlant location was in Goleta, just north of Santa Barbara.
When asked about the other San Diego MedMen license on Convoy in Kearny Mesa, Bishara deferred, deciding not to comment. “As a publicly traded company, there are things I cannot comment on.”
Torrey Pines’ website is now managed by @wearedutchie and the stocklist has a much improved inventory.
